England Hidalgo was born in Quezon City and migrated to San Francisco, California in his teens. He is part of the Bay Area artist collective, Kwatro-Kantos and his works have been featured at the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts (US) as well as San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Artists Gallery (US). Hidalgo has exhibited in Green Papaya Art Projects, Cultural Center of the Philippines and LOSTprojects in Manila. He played for San Francisco hardcore punk bands Eskapo and Delubyo, and was a regular contributor of flyer and record artworks for the Bay Area punk community.
